WOYWW #326

This is WOYWWednesday - checkout the tab at the top of the page for further info - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting again.

This may look like the same photo as last week but I assure you it isn't!!  I am still clearing down the house, am now on the 'wall' layer in my craft room and have found the piano in the back lounge!  yeah!!  ***pumps air!!***  At this rate we may have all the rooms cleared of junk - well, most of it - before the men come to fit the Central Heating.

My desk ...........

I 'found' these unopened packs of A4 paper in one of the boxes, loads of magazines - they have been stripped down and the kept pages filed and the rest bonfired - loads of 'useful' Christmas pieces which I must have boxed up out of the way ..... it's like having new stash but all for free!!

I am in a very hopeful, positive frame of mind which allows me to think of those who need a few prayers so today I am taking time to be a Prayer Warrior  .....  in between visiting desks of course!!

See you all next week but in the meantime, Happy Crafting!

  1. A Prayer Warrior - love that about you! You need to be in that frame of mind for the stripping and clearing, jolly good for you. If you're feeling a bit lacklustre later in the day, it's because I've borrowed some of your attitude! xx

  2. Don't you love gifts from your own stash! I've got a prayer list a mile long. It seems lots of people are in need of God's strength and blessings right now. I hope all of your prayer requests are answered.

  3. Oh, I love it when you find stash that you'd forgotten about...I do that all the time! As you say, it's like new stash for free...yay! I see you've got a colouring book - I have two and I'm really enjoying doing them, though I need more tones of green!
I'm glad you like the pic...feel free to print whatever you like!

  9. Funny! I have been doing the same thing, removing pages from old mags. and then disposing of the rest that I really wont use. I have stored the pages to be kept in plastic sleeves. Wishing you a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 20

  10. It's always fabulous when you find things you'd forgotten about. My place is so messy that it happens a lot. I keep looking at those adult colouring books, think I might have to get myself one. Then of course I'll have to buy felt pens etc, etc (he he).
Hope you get your clearing up done in time for the men to come.
    Have a great week,

  12. Spied the Zen coloring book on your desk and wondered what plans you have for it. While I enjoy these coloring books the ones out now have so many small designs, I get frustrated with having to color in those tiny spaces (not very Zen of me). Love the idea of shopping your own stash, think we should all do it once a year! Thank you for being a prayer warrior, so many of our tribe seem to be in need.

  13. Hello fellow prayer warrior! It's good to pray when doing household chores. I always pray when doing the washing up. Several of the girls need prayer. I think you know who they are.
What a lot of activity. You got rewarded with finding forgotten stash. Don't you just love it!
I spy a colouring book on your desk. I like those although I haven't used them as much as I thought I'd do (if that makes sense...)
    Have a good week,
    Thanks for visiting yesterday,
