WOYWW #216

I am not here - guess................

 At the hospital for PJ's first Physio?!             We're having fun ...........................

 Here is my desk just as I left it last night.  The remnants of a Grab Bag from ATC's for All forum, an orange net (something to do with stamping!) and my ATC ruler - specially marked for measuring.

 So that's it for today ...............

    I hope the Physio went well....it's necessary but sometimes so hard..and going back becomes a battle of willpower if it's hurt!
    Use the orange net will ya - and report back, it's tantalising!

    Hope the physio is going well- it really does pay off in the long run, even when its painful at the time. My shoulder is pretty much 100% now, thanks to the physio. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #70 xx
