WOYWW #352

This is WOYWWednesday - if you want to find out more then checkout the tab at the top of the page - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting this weekly meet up.

You're gonna love this one .... a busy desk!!!!
On the left there is left over scraps from making a St David's card for PJ's younger sister.  YS discovered all the ancestors were Welsh and promptly moved there to live, details can be found here.  Oh ... and my new paintbrush pot!  I'ts a baked bean tin but you knew that didn't you??  lol

In the centre of the desk I have some used postage stamps drying on a newspaper.  I hope to use most of them in a Postage Stamp swap soon.

Centre right there's a card nearly ready to post,  my images for another two swaps.

Further over I have the checklists, the swaps have to be marked off as I complete them, especially the posting dates.

The jumper was a bit big on Little Soldier but he didn't mind - not the best photo of him but he doesn't stay still for long nowadays!!!

I  have started another jumper, in a bright mixture of yellow, green, blue and white .....

Thanks to all my visitors and comments last week,  I really appreciate you dropping by.  Have a good week.

  1. That hedgehog card is super cute. Happy WOYWW Vicky #3

  2. What a dear little boy Christine. He looks very smart in his new jumper too.

Two lovely cards. The St.David's day one is really special. As for the baked bean tin. It's great fun. Enjoy your day. Barbxx #16

  3. That jumper is fab and looks brilliant on your young model there!! Well done you, I look forward to seeing the next one. I've just got a parcel from Wool Warehouse, that cheered up what has been a dark and dreary morning!!
    Hugs, LLJ 14 xx

  4. Fun have some organization going on. Postage stamp swap sounds fun. Cute little one in the photo too. Happy WOYWW

  6. Looks like you have lots of projects on the go, and lists are vital when you have so many things to keep track of. Love the photo of your little model, he looks really cute. Thanks for sharing, Judith xx #32

  7. The jumper looks good on Little Soldier! How organized you are with that tick list. A very good idea.
Your hedgehog card is so cute.
    Thanks for visiting,
    Have a good week,

  8. I recognised the stamps straight away and yes you do like lists! Thanks for looking in earlier - Steph left covered in black ink and yes she did get some in her tea. Missed you yesterday. Have a good week x Jackie

  9. The hedge hog is so cute. But not as cute as the jumper and the little guy in it!
    Diane WOYWW #31

  10. The Little Soldier is looking really smart in his new jumper! Better to be a bit on the large size so he can go on wearing it for a bit longer! Lots of nice cards too. You've obviously had a busy week. Thank you for your two lovely comments - we've decided we should eat up the failed samosas before I embark on making more with the filo pastry. Yes, definitely encourage your hubby to get his guitars out again! My fingers are really suffering at the moment until I get my callouses back but it will be worth it in the end. Meanwhile Phoebe is enjoying her new bed!

    Happy WOYWW,
    Shoshi #28

  13. Hi Christine, you're looking busy! Lovely card and lovely little man. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 22

  14. I love that photo of the Little Soldier, I think it sums up how into everything he is! The jumper looks great, don't you think! I didn't realise how many swaps you're involved with...the postage stamp one must be getting a little difficult, picture stamps are not exactly in abundance here are they.

  15. I knew you could make that jumper work. He is a cutie and models the jumper well. Busy bee with the swaps! I've not done swaps for a couple of years. Maybe when the studio is completely'unpacked' - though our spaces are never really finished, are they hehe Feel free to share my ATC post. You know the drill.. just link back to my site and all is well. Thanks for asking permission. Creative Blessings on your week! ~Kel #49

  16. Gosh you are busy! Love the little chappie in his fab jumper.

I make my cards for sheer pleasure so thank you for taking the time to comment.
