WOYWW 191

Just a short post today - 


Not my usual desk because I have not been crafting this week.  The dreaded 'I don't feel very well' hit again so I just sat, read emails and knitted.  THEN I had a reminder from my cross stitching group - Quilts for Breast Cancer Group on Yahoo - that I needed to get this month's square posted.

 I signed up to do two squares, one each for two sisters.  After I had read the requests I was in tears and felt it was the least I could do.  I have finished one square and I am now sitting and trying to get the second square finished.
So I sit and stitch............ tara for now.......

    Christine, was it you that wanted my ink pad reference sheet? Ive put it on y blog as a page..you can access it through a link in the left bar. meanwhile, you are a good gal to donate the squares, cross stitching is such a labour of love.

      Don't remember asking but thanks all the same - great list and as I don't class myself as a stamper (I have a few) this list is a great help.

      Stitching is now in the post - onto the next one!!

    Your projects are so lovely. Cross stitch is definitely a labor of love. I'm sure your recipients are going to appreciate someone taking the time to make such a lovely piece for them. Thanks for sharing, and your desk looks so neat & tidy! Hope you are over the 'not feeling well' bit. Lots of nasty stomach bugs going around in my area. Thanks for the visit to my WOYWW.

    Hi Christine, thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, the colours of the wedding are blue, yellow & white - originally based on Leeds FC colours as the groom is a huge fan. The wedding is in June this year, I delivered the invitations to them today, they seemed pleased!
