WOYWW #294

This will be a shock to most of you but I do have an excuse!

I've been sick!
I have ..... really ..... bad head cold, bed for three days, streaming orifices ..... you know the drill!!!

But I'm better now!!
and looking at that desk it's a good job.  Dies left out, diecuts also just lying there .... stickers hanging about (they're supposed to remind me to do something .....)  and a broken tape roller (bought from an infamous craft store - enuff said about it already BUT this was what happened the first time I used the roller!).
Looking at this photo taken earlier .... that's a big empty space .... think I have enough room to cut a few more diecuts!!!!
That's today taken care of, I need lots of time to go visiting my fellow WOYWWsers .......
Have a good week everyone, illness free I hope.

  3. Good news that nasty cold is going away. It looks like there is plenty of space there to make lots of great stuff before you have to clean up again :) Shel#71

  4. Hi Christine, I'm assuming I'm guessing correctly where you bought the roller from- thats why I said in my post I'd tried their own and hated it! Stay with the Stix2 brand, they are awesome, been using them since they first came out and never had a bad one, lol. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #17 xx

  5. Sorry to hear you've got the snots, hope you're on the mend. My poor DH has been laid low by a chromic chest infection. There's so much going around at the moment :-(
I reckon you've got enough space for a few more die cuts yet!

  7. Sorry to hear you've had such a nasty cold, Christine. It's what my dad used to call Aloia fever (which always sounds like some dreadful African flesh eating disease) - it stands for A Lot Of It About! Lol lol!! You've got a nice clear space on your desk to work on now.

Thank you for your lovely comment. I love your idea of looking back in wonder on my cancer diary in years to come - now THAT's a positive thing to aim for!!! Somehow we'll get through this.

  13. Thanks for stopping by and I do hope your cold clears real soon. In answer to your book binding question... I was happy with the results but not sure if I will rush to bind using that technique. I got lost in all the details of which hole to thread the string!!! Drove me a little bonkers :-)
